Privacy policy
This notice explains what personal data London Bonus List collects when you use this site, why, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who is the controller?
London Bonus List, an independent UK-based publisher, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact the team at privacy@londonbonuslist.com.
What we collect
- Contact data — your name, email and message if you write to us, used to reply to your enquiry.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device class and pages visited, used in aggregated form to measure how this site is used.
- Outbound click data — when you click a link to an operator we record the destination so the operator can confirm the referral.
Lawful bases
We rely on legitimate interests for analytics and outbound referral tracking, contract / pre-contract for replying to enquiries, and consent for any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Who we share data with
We share aggregated, non-identifying analytics with our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data. We do not pass reader details to operators. When you click an outbound link the destination operator becomes the controller for any data you give them directly.
Retention
Reader email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Aggregated analytics are kept for up to 26 months. Outbound click logs are kept for up to 13 months for fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@londonbonuslist.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We may update this notice as the site or the law changes. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
